Sometimes we are faced with days, weeks, or months in ambitious seasons where we feel like we are not doing enough, that we are not enough. Maybe it was a poor performance review, a fight with your partner, or just a rough day. You wake up and that empty feeling in your stomach and heart HURT.
I am giving you this reminder because I need it today too:

Leave a post it note on your mirror, and when you see it, say it. I AM ENOUGH.
Sometimes all we need is that visual reminder to kick start out brain into a better state of mind.
Make a list of the things you love about yourself
Mentally, physically, professionally. BRAG about yourself. Add to it often and read it.
Connect with people that make you feel warm and fuzzy.
Ask a friend for coffee or chat on the phone. Give yourself the opportunity to make a genuine connection with someone that makes you feel good.
Above all else, remember that we are inherently worthy of love, peace, success, and JOY.
