Morning Momentum are live 6:30am group calls, held three times per week, where 15–30+ ambitious women show up together to start the day with intention and direction.
Each call has a clear focus, rotating between business education, strategy, and identity + mindset work, so you’re not just working harder, you’re growing smarter.

Beyond Boss has been such an incredible community for me as someone who is an entrepreneur and also a mom. I recently welcomed my 2nd baby this summer, and I honestly don’t know what I would do without a lot of these women. Navigating postpartum while running a business is HARD, and this group helped me not feel so alone through this process.

I found Beyond Boss at a time when I felt lost and unsure of my future. I had been laid off from a toxic job while pregnant, then shortly after giving birth to my second child the world shut down due to COVID. In that strange, in-between season, I decided to explore what I truly wanted professionally and that’s when I discovered Beyond Boss.
Caitlin and the community didn’t just give me the tools to run a successful cottage bakery business; they gave me a sense of belonging I didn’t realize I was missing. Motherhood and business ownership can feel isolating, and having a group of women who genuinely get it meant everything.
