Eva is a professional photographer, coach, yoga teacher and Mama. She left her full time job nine years ago to pursue her passion, and through trial and error she has learned the importance of living an intentional life, and following your North Star as you set goals with soul.

On this episode of the podcast we are discussing being a hustler and working hard, with soul, versus succumbing to hustle culture and burnout. We see hustle culture as a cake with beautiful fondant icing…the inside is the good part. Join us as we talk through this important topic for every working woman!

⁃ Hustle Culture/The Hustle Game: the notion that you have to be working all the time to be “successful.” That your value as a human is  based on your productivity, and that your worth is based on the work you put out (which then is even more toxic because you then define yourself by other people’s standards vs. living your own truth). You work all the time (maybe toward a goal) but it comes at the cost of your mental health, physical health, relationships, etc. Doing this sustained without tending to those other pieces is what can be toxic and eventually leads to burnout. 

⁃ Hustler: someone who works hard to realize their dreams and creates their own opportunities (definitely not at bad thing, as long as it doesn’t come at the cost of above).
