Let’s get one thing straight: my daily habits aren’t just habits—they’re non-negotiables. As a mom, wife, and entrepreneur running full speed ahead, I have to pour into myself first if I want to show up fully for anyone else. Here’s what that looks like AT THE BARE MINIMUM:
- 100oz of water—hydration is queen behavior.
- 8,000+ steps—because movement is medicine.
- Three legit meals—no dainty bites here. I eat to FUEL.
- Deep, slow breaths throughout the day to keep me grounded and calm. because we all know that’s hard enough.
My mornings start at 5am sharp. From there, I check in with what I need—maybe it’s a sweaty Burn workout, a peaceful solo walk, or a deep-clean of the house in total silence (yes, it’s a thing and it’s glorious).
At 7am, it’s breakfast with my husband and our son—simple, intentional connection before the workday kicks off.
I work hard from 8 to 3, then I’m lifting weights or high-fiving strangers at Burn Bootcamp by 3:30.
Family dinner is sacred and phones are off. After our son’s bedtime, my husband and I reconnect—usually with a book, a convo, or a show we’re both too tired to finish.
By 8:30, it’s lights out. Eye mask on. Mouth tape secure. Don’t touch me. I’m done for the day.
These habits aren’t glamorous—but they’re the reason I can be a powerhouse in business, a present mom, and a partner who still laughs at her husband’s dad jokes.
My wellness routine is my secret weapon. And I protect it fiercely. Ask anyone in my circle they could repeat every detail above without reading this blog.
Let’s kick some ass.
