But as I grew into the roles of business owner, coach, and mother, I realized something: when I’m taking care of my body, my mind feels sharper, my patience increases, and my ability to handle stress skyrockets. Even on the busiest days, making time for a quick workout shifts my mindset entirely.

A huge part of my fitness journey is thanks to Burn Boot Camp.
