Earlier this week, Caitlin, Heather, and I traveled across the U.S. for our Las Vegas team retreat!

To be completely honest, when Caitlin asked me if I wanted to go to Vegas I thought she was crazy. I’ve always wanted to travel to Vegas, and knew this was the perfect opportunity for me to go. And let’s just say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. 

You would think that 3 young women going to Vegas would be a wild experience, right? 

Haha. WRONG! 

We stayed in Pittsburgh time, so waking up at 4 a.m. and falling asleep at 8 p.m. was completely normal for our bodies. 

So what went down?

• Morning lattes and 2022 planning for the Beyond Boss community and Insiders
• Blowouts from Drybar
• Road trips to Red Rock Canyon and Seven Magic Mountain in our convertible to create social media content and take photos
• Shopping (Zara was a must)
• Checked out the Wedding MBA to support our friend DJ Digital Dave
• Gambling at the casino 
• Relaxing

And most importantly, we spent time with each other which I can truly say made us grow closer as friends and as a team.
