You’re working, bopping along through life and one day you wake up and realize you are stalled. You are spinning your wheels, getting things done, but gaining no traction. Your business or job is going well, but you aren’t feeling that spark that you once did.
We have all been there, and I have a few quick, easy start tips to help you get through it and come out stronger on the other side.
Take care of you and your body: take your vitamins, go for a walk/peloton ride/hit the gym, drink water before coffee. Get hydrated and boost those endorphins before you even think about work.
Make a list. What do you LOVE about your job/business? How do you help people?
Brain dump. Write down any idea that comes to mind that would help you add to your LOVE list. Could you improve the communication with your team? Could you improve your client experience? Could you take more breaks during the day? Could you implement systems or processes that would make your life easier?
Choose ONE thing and implement! What can you implement this week? What could you commit your time to that would make work more enjoyable?
