Potential trigger warning: substance abuse. | On today’s episode I am talking with Kaedi Knepshield, a Pittsburgh area Realtor of 16 years with Piatt Sothebys, but most importantly, a major advocate for the importance of community. Kaedi lost her mother, her role model of strength, at age nineteen. While she had a successful real estate career, it did not really take off until she decided to get sober. She went from doing a few million dollars in sales a year to being in the top 1% of all agents in Western PA.
Today, in addition to maintaining her sobriety and advocating for others to start their journey, she is a wife, an expectant mama, and a customer experience master. If you take away one thing from this episode, it should be that everyone has a story, and your ability to live a life that makes your heart sing is not determined by the things that you have experienced. Fear and doubt will always be a part of your journey, but you have the choice to push forward.
